  The hotel and staff extremely welcoming and friendly. The room exceeded my expectation and would happily recommend it to anyone going to Cape Town. Not only did I organise my own accommodation but booked for 12 other people as well and they all were extremely happy with the facilities staff location and enjoyed their time there. The rooms were practical, comfortable, modern, and affordable. It was like staying in a Hotel with the bonus of Table Mountain views from the bedroom and balcony.

  I liked the fact that the rooms are very clean. The breakfast was most enjoyable with good staff. The manager Hayley sorted out my room problem. I changed rooms 3 times. If my request was not available at time of booking I would have liked to be told that and I would have booked elsewhere.   We loved the tranquility and the setting. It was a most relaxing time. Maryliese was fantastic she did all she could to help and make our stay comfortable. We loved her and thought she did so well under loads of pressure. She deserves a medal or a R2000 raise in pay.

  -Parking was clearly marked and in the basement of the building, very secure and free -In general the hotel is very secure needing your room card to access elevators and so on -The room was neat and clean all mod cons -Great big flat screen TV -Awesome comfortable extra length bed -Neat and modern bathroom -Ordered drinks from the bar area and req... vad folk säger » uested ice and so on and the staff were great -Had a modern alarm/fm radio/mp3 player in room which was cool, could pop my iPod -Ample plug points -D - Everything. From the time we checked until we left we were impressed with the courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness and comfort of our room, and the food in the restaurant. The overall hotel premises are well maintained, and we would definitely recommend it. When Hilton take over in April 2013, we hope that they will continue to keep up the high standards of the present management.

  From the minute we arrived the service was impecable our car was parked no fuss, we were early for the book in but were offered a complimentary beverage whilst waiting and the pleasant surprise we were upgraded to a larger famiy room with the best mountain view ever the convenience of being connected to the shopping mall is also a plus the room ... vad folk säger » service was quick and the staff friendly the room amenities were great and the reataurants were out of this world....then breakfast came the buffet se - We were overnighting prior to a long flight the next day to Dubai/Kabul. This could not have been a nicer stay. Car parked, check in seamless, room very nice. Our view was an ocean view which was great. The convenience to the waterfront activities and shopping was excellent. Late night coffee and cake in front of the fireplace was superb. The breakfast buffet was possibly the best we have had, just fabulous. Staff were all on their game, excellent service.

  The view from the pool deck was just fabulous. Sugarbird was cosy but I would imagine nice in the heat of summer too. The fire place was lovely as was the open communal area. I loved the inner courtyard and interior design of the refurbished house, very nicely done.   I travelled with my 80-something mom-in-law and we loved every moment in the graceful surroundings. This hotel has been transformed by the current owners and it is outstanding value for money. - The friendly ambience of the hotel. The rooms are well appointed and beautifully decorated.   Staff at Reception was extremely helpful and friendly. As I was travelling alone, the fact that the room was so close to reception, was great.   The kindness and help,support of ALL staff. Absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed at including all other " One & Only". we really liked it !!!
