  Kettle in room. Helpful staff allowed me a coffee & croissant in the bar rather than spending 180 rand for a breakfast I didn't want. Excellent lighting - at last a chain which appreciates people want decent light to live by. Good shower overhead and hand held. Can open windows. Very clean & professional. Excellent breakfast was good value with plenty of choice. Impressed that they had kids TV in the dining room at breakfast time helping parents enjoy a relaxed breakfast.

  I like very much the room, the bar and the terase, location, the staff. Probably the best hotel in Sandton. Location excellent. Internet free, parking free. Late check out at 4pm without exctra charge. - Didnt like the fact that the trip booked via letsbookhotel.com could not be located in the Hotel's system, had to make a new booking direct with... vad folk säger » them.   Everything was positive, especially the friendly and helpful staff. Everything I needed was provided and it was easy to get help and service. The room was comfortable and clean, the shower is especially lovely. I would stay in this hotel anytime again. - the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful
