  Flamboyant staff began their hospitality by picking me from the airport, guided tour of the hood to find my way around shops, arrangement for braaing and cooking of dishes of own choice, etc. The facilities are safe and secure. Was impressed with daily room freshening and linen change.   Breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed the complimentary small bottle of wine each evening. Excellent laundry service if needed, and this came back ironed and folded perfectly. The owners very helpful. - I was well received, even though I arrived in the evening, my room's heater was on and there were a few unexpected extra's in the room
