  I have never been so impressed with the staff, than I have with those at this hotel. They could not do enough to ensure that you had a great stay. One of our highlights of our trip to SA. A credit to the hotel. Great location, so near the main lagoon, great design in rooms and great value. The service is great - Our water was not very hot the first night (probably something i was not doing correctly) and they fixed it while we were out having breakfast.   We were greeted personally by the owners and made extremely welcome. We were given information about our location and provided with a very good street map. We were also given good information on places to eat and interesting excursions. The owners were always available, in our all too short stay (2 nights).   The location of the Azure House is beautiful and the view from the room was breath taking. My wife and daughter loved the rooms and the decorating which was "shabby chic".   It was worth paying a little extra for the Honeymoon Room. It was a beautiful, bright, modern, large room and the view of the Knysna Heads and Lagoon was outstanding. The Manager, Vee, was absolutely brilliant ! She has such a warm personality and does everything she can to make sure you are enjoying your stay.   Marvellous place. Another one reason to come back to Knysna, just to stay there. It's more, than just a hotel. The place not just to get the bed and breakfast, but to enjoy every minute. - Every thing. Staff was very friendly and helpful, owner was more like a long time friend. Would love to go back, and stay longer.
