First class luxury at a reasonable price. All four of us agreed this was the best hotel we ever stayed at. Our two-bedroom suite with living area was more spacious than we needed but we loved the separate bedrooms and large kitchen. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the doormen to the concierge to the drivers. The 1800 restaurant had delicious food for dinner. The staff were friendly,courteous and efficient without being intrusive. They went beyond the call of duty to assist. The hotel itself is what a 5 star hotel is all about, and I have stayed in five star hotels throughout the world,some of which don't match up to this.Would definitely stay there again.

From the minute we arrived the service was impecable our car was parked no fuss, we were early for the book in but were offered a complimentary beverage whilst waiting and the pleasant surprise we were upgraded to a larger famiy room

We were overnighting prior to a long flight the next day to Dubai/Kabul. This could not have been a nicer stay. Car parked, check in seamless, room very nice. Our view was an ocean view which was great. The convenience to the waterfront activities and shopping was excellent. Late night coffee and cake in front of the fireplace was superb. The breakfast buffet was possibly the best we have had, just fabulous. Staff were all on their game, excellent service.

This was an excellent hotel. It was situated just outside the Waterfront and although you could walk there, they had a courtesy bus that ran every half hour. It was also situated near to the cental area. We arrived early and they looked after our luggage until the room was ready. The room was clean and had all the facilities you would expect. The s
