  I have never been so impressed with the staff, than I have with those at this hotel. They could not do enough to ensure that you had a great stay. One of our highlights of our trip to SA. A credit to the hotel. Great location, so near the main lagoon, great design in rooms and great value.   The greeting was very warm and friendly. The staff were supportive and informative. The property is being upgraded by the owners since they took over 18 months ago. All the improvements are of a good quality. The hotel is situated in the centre of Knysna so we needed to take a taxi to and from the beautiful water front, however it was worth it. - ... vad folk säger » Location is perfect, breakfast is fantastic, owners are personally involved and extremely friendly.
