  We have never seen a hotel like this, everything was really wonderful. Upon our arrival we were even upgraded (for no additional costs!!) to a Luxury Suite. The stuff was really helpful and very pleasant, rooms and bathrooms were very clean and very spacious. The hotel is situated right in the city centre, just 2-minute walk from Long Street. Also, the hotel arranges airport transfers and the guy who was - The willingness of the staff to find solutions to problems. Our reservation had somehow not come through correctly via letsbookhotel.com and they did not have any rooms left. The offered us a room at another hotel, and eventually they arranged that we could stay in the original hotel but in a larger room than booked.

  Before we even arrived we received an informative letter and help in planning our holiday. Staff could not have been more helpful with recommendations and answers to our every question. Carol, the owner is personable and greeted us warmly on our arrival. She took the time to get to know us and tell us a little about herself. Beautiful lobby/study,... vad folk säger » pool, brkfst area and pool. - The staff was wonderful-helped us plan all our day trips, arranged transfers and even packed us a breakfast to go the morning we were leaving since we had an early morning flight. The hotel was spotless and the breakfasts were fantastic! We love the extra attention we get from boutique hotels and this was did no disappoint. I state with my 3 adult children.
