  The location is wonderful, and the relaxed atmosphere was perfect. The service is great - Our water was not very hot the first night (probably something i was not doing correctly) and they fixed it while we were out having breakfast.   Everything. Being in the travel industry, I have been to many guest houses, and this one by far is my favourite. Very clean, very comfy, but mostly, very friendly.   I have never been so impressed with the staff, than I have with those at this hotel. They could not do enough to ensure that you had a great stay. One of our highlights of our trip to SA. A credit to the hotel. Great location, so near the main lagoon, great design in rooms and great value.
