  We had a fantastic stay at the Residence. After a rough 12-day-trip through Botswana, we were delighted with the overwhelming luxurous feeling of this hotel. The staff is very friendly, their personal touch and attention for meticulous details makes it one of the best hotels we've stayed in. I would definitely return to this hotel. - Excellent airport pick-up service. Welcoming arrival, some nice tea served. Good selection of food and quality dining facilities. Decorative elements, attached to details. Beautiful, spacious rooms, with lots of innovative pleasant details. Discrete atmosphere. Family run hotel feeling. I could hardly expect more from a city hotel.

  Everything there was great. The room was really nice and had everything you could need. We had breakfast in bed which came with the booking. Only wish we could've stayed longer. Oh and the food was great too! - Friendly staff, confort in the room, excellent breakfast and dinner.

  Stayed at this hotel for two days with my husband and baby. We arrived very early for check-in, and our room was not ready. We anticipated this, and just wanted to drop our bags off in the meantime. However, the staff decided to upgrade our room without us even asking! We went from a premier room to a luxury room with an early check-in to boot. Th... vad folk säger » is unexpected treat made our stay even more enjoyable, as we spent most of our time in the room. Breakfast had many options, and the dining room was - We only stayed for one night, but I can asure you that everything we experienced from check-in upto departure was just perfect. Just a pity we did not get to play golf though, but our time was limited. We will definately return again!!!

  I very much enjoyed the professionalism of staff, the nothing is too much trouble attitude was found from check in through the whole experience. I appreciated the quality of food (breakfast menu was first rate). The Room Service was attentive and courteous at all times. The staff at the hotel were truly exceptional. I quite liked the chambermaid checking in the evening to turn the beddings, drop off a box chocolate and ask if you have additional needs such as additional bottles of water.   Staff were so helpful, there was a problem with the air conditioner in the room and it was fixed within 10 minutes of us reporting it .   The DaVinci is rated as a 5-star, and mostly lives up to that rating. The staff (especially), rooms, and amenities are excellent. Proximity to the Sandton Center Mall is a real plus. The food, while very good, is perhaps not outstanding. Breakfast, which was included in the room rate was good.   Courtesy of the staff, attentiveness, clean, professional but friendly atmosphere, predictably clean and comfortable room, very comfortable bed, terrific bathroom - I loved the room and the luxury feeling that came with it. I also liked the fact that the pillows were changed to what we preferred before we went to bed.

  We only used this place to start our trip through South-Afrika. It has lots of nice stuff to do for it's guest. A nice big jacuzzi, pooltable, sauna, you name it. It has a nice small colony of birds in de garden that you can feed. We had the little cabin in the garden which had a very nice shower and a great feel to it. Excellent for an overnights... vad folk säger » tay. - Very clean and comfortable and over- the-top spacious. Everything a family would need for an extended stay (except a wine corkscrew). Great breakfast. Easy cheap shuttle to airport. Good price, facilities and location. Obliging staff.
