  Stayed at this hotel for two days with my husband and baby. We arrived very early for check-in, and our room was not ready. We anticipated this, and just wanted to drop our bags off in the meantime. However, the staff decided to upgrade our room without us even asking! Breakfast had many options, and the dining room was - We only stayed for one night, but I can asure you that everything we experienced from check-in upto departure was just perfect. Just a pity we did not get to play golf though, but our time was limited. We will definately return again!!!

  Really Glad we chose Genesis. Felt very secure. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Could leave our extra luggage there for 3 weeks Securely while we toured Botswana then returned for another stay.   Friendly staff. Made us feel very welcome. Got very special treatment (Hedre Badenhorst) when accidently found out that it was my husbands birthday - did not expect it from a city hotel! Overall great location, close to Sandton City for shopping. Price good compared to other hotels in area. Also good security system - felt safe. But the best thing about this hotel is because of the team that is very helpful and proactive. My wife and I just got married and when we returned from a walk, the manager Bettina had left the room filled with rose petals, chocolates and bath items. We love it!
