  wonderful views, you don't even have to get up from your bed to see the sunrise! the sound of the sea is equally amazing. friendly staff (we received a complimentary upgrade to a larger apartment) great value for money - A beautiful spot right on the beach. Rooms are clean and of high standard. We will be back for a longer stay next time.

  The owner Adri was just wonderful. The place is beautiful with attention to every detail yet welcoming like your family. We lacked for nothing. The room is beautiful and the breakfast delicious. We had to leave early and were given breakfast to go in a beautiful package. You do not get this kind of service for that price anywhere, excellent value!... vad folk säger » - The luxury suite downstairs. We stayed on valentine's night and the extra room space was worth it. Our patio doors went straight onto the BBQ area and pool. The upstairs breakfast room was amazing. We had a free shuttle to the waterfront and an amazing 3 course valentine's dinner.

  A1 Kynaston var ett prisvärt B&B 5-10 minuters bilfärd från centrum. Rummet och frukosten var inget som stack ut som något utöver det vanliga utan standarden var vad man kan förvänta sig.   What a lovely Guesthouse!! Leoni (the owner) was so helpful and lovely. Stayed in the one-bedroom with kitchen and lounge: VERY comfortable and a great space. The staff was ever so friendly and the service was outstanding! While it is about a 5-10 minute walk down to the high street, it is a nice walk and well worth it to be away from the hustle. ... vad folk säger » - Very comfortable and clean accommodation. Bed was comfortable, lovely shower and bath. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. Secure parking. Breakfast was delicious - fruit, cereal, omelette, full English etc. I highly recommend staying here.

  Wonderfull place. Everything was great : our host, the pool, the jacuzzi, the beach, the breakfast, etc. Quiet, secure, excellent restaurant in the area. Absolutly nothing to complain about! We loved it! - Nice building located on the beach with pool and jeccutsi. Long beach with dunes. Direct access from the room to the pool deck.

  We were delayed en route and then had a flat tyre 10 minutes from the guesthouse. Our hostess, Bernalene went out of her way to help us. She came to us where we were stranded with equipment that we required, unfortunately the tyre was beyond repair.
