Room exceptionally clean,staff very warm and helpful.Breakfast server with a smile by Your friendly chefs and staff.
l would have rated excellent on facilities,but telephone was not working and had to go downstairs to order room service which was a nightmare. Food server was horrible,given wrong order drink,to top it all,it was delivered 1/30(one

The staff was very friendly and warm. We were treated very well. The location of the hotel was very central to most tourist attractions and there was a great vibe. The breakfast was very nice as well. The hotel was ideal for a family as the fridge, kettle with beverages and sink plus microwave was a bonus as it made it possible to save on costs by not having to eat out and enjoy meals in the hotel, appreciating the views in the dining area. The hotel gets a 10/10 from me and i really got value

For an overnight this was a good choice; our arrival was late afternoon into Durban and we were nervous about driving in the dark. It quickly falls dark around 18.00, apparently year round.
Quiet,clean & comfortable with plenty of hot water & good helpful staff.

The service was fantastic. We were welcomed by the owner who showed us to a lovely room with crisp white linen, tastefully decorated and very reasonably priced for the location! The bathroom was huge and the white towels soft and fluffy. We were surprised to find the breakfast menu more extensive than most 5 star hotels have to offer and the food
