Apartment hotel room was large and fully equipped for extended stays and had an excellent location close to eateries and clubs and added plus a great view of Table Mountain. - Great Location. Amazing Service. Parking a bit expensive, but you can park outside for cheaper. Even overnight!!

The hotel was situated perfectly for enjoying city life, the beach and in close proximity to the sporting event we had entered. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. We absolutely LOVED everything about the apartment...location, staff inparticular "Solly"at the reception. He was very helpful in assisting us with whatever help we wanted. Our hosts arranged that a requested wheelchair would be available from the time of our arrival from the airport. This made a big difference in our whole family being able to tour the Capetown area. This place was absolutely wonderful! The staff are extremely friendly and always helpful. It is minutes away (walking) from downtown Cape Town and a 20 minute taxi ride from beautiful Table Mountain, which you have an amazing view of from the hotel itself. Also, there are several wonderful and affordable restaurants right across from the lodge!! -

The willingness of the staff to find solutions to problems. Our reservation had somehow not come through correctly via letsbookhotel.com and they did not have any rooms left. The offered us a room at another hotel, and eventually they arranged that we could stay in the original hotel but in a larger room than booked.
