  We stayed in the Twin Room with Sea View. Every evening you have a lovely sunset you can view from a spacious balcony. The room itself is big enough. There's a ceiling fan which we didn't use as the outside temperature was pleasant. The bathroom is spacious, with a bath and a separate big shower. The staff were extremely helpful - especially after my fiancé sprained his ankle walking up table mountain, providing lots of ice and cool packs!   Everything about this guesthouse is wonderful. Joe and Marius, the owners, are incredibly accommodating. They will stop by breakfast every morning, tell you about the weather, and recommend things to do. Breakfast is wonderful and personalized to your wants. Though it was too c - I stayed at Mountview for 6 nights and my experience was very positive. Joe sat down with me for 30 minutes on the first day and explained about the tours, local stores, safety and all other questions I had knowing that it was my first time in Cape Town. The hotel was kept clean at all times and I had no troubles by commuting to the hotel alone. Also staying at Sea Point (quite neighborhood in a shadow of hill and 5 minute walk to the ocean breath) was exactly what I was looking for in this

  The apartment was lovely and quite large. We didn't use the pool since we weren't there that long. (An overnight stay.) The rooms were large and beautiful.
