This 17-key hotel is definitely worth a visit if you want service, personal - The complimentary wifi and mini bar, which was replenished daily, are a very nice touch and something that hardly any boutique hotel of this size offers. Our room was lovely, spacious, clean and luxurious and with a great view of the ocean. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and that just made it an even nicer place to stay. Will definitely be returning.

  We liked the friendliness of the staff. We stayed the first two days and the last two days of our trip to South Africa and we were upgraded to a suite which was very much appreciated...we had stayed in the hotel five years ago and it was exactly as I remembered it and we will definitely be staying there on our return visit////breakfasts were also ... vad folk säger » super...it should be noted that we travelled with another couple ...mc gettigans...and this review is for all of us - The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful, always smiling, and solicitous without being in your face.   This was an excellent hotel. It was situated just outside the Waterfront and although you could walk there, they had a courtesy bus that ran every half hour. It was also situated near to the cental area. We arrived early and they looked after our luggage until the room was ready. The room was clean and had all the facilities you would expect. The rooms and service is very good. The location of the hotel is good and the use of the free shuttle to the Vand A water front is very useful. If you get a good rate this is the hotel to stay in.

  We stayed for 6 nights in 'deluxe one-bedroom suite with living area'. The hotel location is at the centre of the city, European design hotel and very comfortable and clean. We had a spacious one bedroom with dining-living room area and kitchen facilities (microwave,oven, washer-dryer); and very nice two-sides view. The free internet access (1024 MB) given to us was enough for the whole stay since w - First class luxury at a reasonable price. All four of us agreed this was the best hotel we ever stayed at. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the doormen to the concierge to the drivers. The 1800 restaurant had delicious food for dinner.   A hotel like a garden of relaxation right at the bottom of Cape Town's stunning table mountain. The hotel is very charming with a big garden to wander around and a good pool area. The gym and Spa are very good. All rounded up by a good offer of food with the Myogo restaurant as a high end option with an excellent value for money 7-dish course. I noticed this time that the same staff are still working there. I think this says a lot about staff turnover. The staff are very positive always happy to hep, nothing is ever to hard. I had an issue with a pick up being late and it was dealt with quickly and the transport manager was waiting for me to apologise for the error. This hotel is a beautiful place and when you are here you are treated as family, a pleasure staying

  Sir , When I arrived at the Lagoon beach apartments, on Sat 11th May, they did not have a reservation for me, and could not identify your reference number. Luckily for me they were able to accommodate us at hhe last minute.
