  Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and I loved the view from the verandah. There was a huge amount and variety of spaces to relax in to suit the weather conditions. (I loved the lounges with the fires burning when the weather was cold and the verandah when it was warmer.) - Staff were attentive and friendly, appea... vad folk säger » red to enjoy their job! We did not avail outselves of all the facilities at Ardmore, but drove there to see the weave and pottery. It was not very welcoming.

  My God what a place to stay! We arrived quite late in the dark and woke to the most incredible views on the planet! Food is fantastic, staff are really friendly and helpful. Loved, loved loved our stay here. Great place to stay with kids as there are little farm animals, pool and playground and they organise lots of kids activities! Very romantic ... vad folk säger » for couples too! Was definately a highlight to our trip. Big yes recommendation from us!! - We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Champagne Castle Hotel. It is in a beautiful setting with so many enjoyable walks direct from the hotel gardens. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to any of our friends and family who may visit the Drakensberg.
