Garth, Jeanine and Rosina are warm, caring hosts who take your experience personally. We were treated like family - but that wasn't unique to us. I watched them care for everyone with as much attentiveness as each desired. The location is very good, feeling is like home. It's difficult to create that kind of environment, and they excel at it. What a great place to spend a holiday!!! The service was exeptionally good even though we had all sort of special needs. Garth at the reception was able to give an answer to everything we could possibly think of asking. Sea view was breathtaking. Very reasonably priced spa also, and good quality.

I have already recommended them to one of my colleagues who will be staying there with a group of her friends in a week or two. Friendly and helpfull staff/owner. Effort to make us dinner after hours. ( we were stuck in traffic for two hours and arrived late). Place overall is well looked after and in excellent condition - except for the plastic flowers everywhere. I loved the beautiful dogs, they were so friendly and everything was better than i had expected. The breakfasts were super yummy and i just love every thing about the place especially the honesty book at the bar... what a lovely gesture. Owner is very friendly, good staff, nice view, sound of the ocean waves at night, clean and very nice design ! Calm and feel safe at night. Nice place to rest. Everyone made me feel like someone special and the pervading sense of tranquillity. The place is beautiful and very easy going. Everything! Max...we miss you buddy!. your hotel is beautitul and clean. i love this place. Would have preferred to have raiser beach access. Other than that, all was great. Direct access to the beach would have been lovely, but guess you just can't have it all. Plastic flowers. Photo in ad misleading, hotel not right on the beach as pictured, buildings between hotel and beach. All the Staff were very friendly and made our stay very comfortable including the cleaning staff however at check in there was a lady who was very quiet and really didnt know what she was talking about, she was a little difficult to understand and showed us a very long way around to our room. Swimming pool too cold, not enough in sun during afternoon. Checkout time at 9.00 Am a bit too early. A little far from the beach. Not walking distance. If you dont have a car you're stuck. There was not a thing to dislike. It was just brilliant. No hairdryer or bath also Wi-Fi was not free. I think that the breakfast must be improved as we had no other choice besides bacon and pork sausage and it was dry.
