  On arrival we had complimentary wine and a name plate welcoming us to city Residence. this attention to detail was welcoming and nice. The choice of breakfast was extensive and arrived each morning at the designated time. Staff spoke excellent english. They arranged us to park the car in the hotel parking - we had a lot of luggage as we were traveling with a small child. Good position of the hotel - in the city center.   Nice sized room with good internet connection, clean spacious bathroom. Spa and pool good with service. And amazing restaurant with the best Stroganoff I had in years and friendly service. Easy to reach the downtown of Kassa, the Cultural Capital of Europe 2013, by tram from the front of the hotel. - Excellent rooms, great service.
