The staff went out of their way to make us and our young children feel welcome and were interested in helping us if we had any queries. Terrific breakfast - no extra cost for the young kids. - Everything was great. The front office staff were very helpful. It wasbetter than many other 5 star hotels that I stay at.

I've stayed at Swissotel Merchant court a few times before this and still think its one of the best hotels. We love our room with the balcony facing the marina. There is even a tv just in front of the tub where you can enjoy a show while soaking inside. We love the serenity and relaxing feel of the surroundings. I would highly recommend it to locals for a staycation. -
