  The hotel is very nice. Breakfast so good. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Hotel is near to many shopping malls and beach area. Staffs are very cooperative especially Mr.Fritz, Mr.Ziya, Mr. Accountant(Naseer very nice Tamil man). I would recommend this hotel for all.   It was an outstanding short stay. Upon arrival the guy in theb reception discovered that letsbookhotel.com have not informed the hotel about my booking because of doing the booking two days before arrival.   The location, the rates, the staff are polite, late checkout (I stayed until 5pm without extra charge), the top floor restaurant. Room size is good. - I love the restaurant and the room was not bad the employe was very kind with big smile however the room standard is not more then 3stars

  Great value for money. Location is close to both Dammam and Khobar. Rooms and toilets are very clean. Love the rooms with lobby view. Good food for a good price (you may get a discount if you ask for it). - I highly recommended it if you have conference or training course , the food was very good staff are friendly but not all of them
