The reservation staff called us to reconfirm our booking & they did the same before we checked out - much appreciated for that. Easy access from/to Haram, unlike other hotels. Easy access to the food court as well.

  Employees were very professional, we had to wait when we arrived as our booking didn't appear on their system initially. As an apology they upgraded the room for us. The room service and room breakfast were excellent. Great value for money. Buses to Haram are going and coming back continuously, you wouldn't have to wait more that 5 minutes for th... vad folk säger » e next bus. - It was an excellent experience. Their food is great. The facilities are exceptional. There is enough free basement parking. The shuttle service really runs round the clock and drops very close to Haram. I had to change my room type at the 11th hour , and was able to do so without any charges (Though it all happened through letsbookhotel.com representative)

  Check in was good and prompt. A turkish guy from istanbul was very professional and he took only a few minutes in the process. Per our request, he gave us room on 2nd floor which was convenient for us to go to Haram easily. Room maintanence was excellent. A guy from India (Bombay), name was perhaps Tufail. Guest Relation Manager, Abdur Rehman Al-Mehmadi was also courteous and friend - I like the whole luxurious hotel, clean rooms and excellent buffet in Ramadan, my felicitations to all the staff members beginning from the receptionists, chefs, room services, ... all the staff. It was very close to Haram, even in Ramadan you can pray inside the mall with continuous raw from the Kaaba. If you have elderly people, this will be an advantage. Multiple restaurants in the same mall with different prices convenient for all people.
