  Our group had absolutely no negative experiences - we spent a wonderful time at this hotel and were especially delighted when the management presented a complimentary gift of champagne to one of our members celebrating a special birthday. It was wonderful to walk out of the front entrance down to the lakeside.   Beautiful location, sit by the water and listen to the waves. Standard good breakfast. Relatively long walk to docks for boat to kizhi island - Nice staff, great window view, clean and big rooms, good parking place for cars and even snow machines:) Good value for money.

  Nice new hotel in the quiet city center, though if you are going by car - it not easy to find way there from first try. Friendly staff in hotel and if you use their recommendations - -you`ll find cosy places with good cuisine - like "Karelskaya gornitsa" for example nearby in the city. - Staff is very friendly and responsive.   The staff and hotel were excellent! The front desk and business center staff were extra helpful to this English speaker. They helped us obtain tickets to St. Petersburg and helped with directions. The morning breakfast was superb as well as the cleanliness of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will visit again. - Very good bre... vad folk säger » akfast.
