Friendly staff, room and especially bathroom nicely finished, airco, TV, roller shutters (extremely convenient, no light from outside!). A common kitchen where one can make tea etc. Very close to city center. 15 minutes walk to Arbat.

Extremly close to the World Trade Center, around 1 min walk! saves time and money traveling there, and when Crown Plaza and others costs 4 times more per night!! it is a fair option. the stuff is nice. alla recensioner »
Room quite small, bed somewhat flimsy, no sink in the bathroom. Next to no sound insulation to the corridor (a 3 cm gap beneath the door doesn't leave any chance). "Reception" is a chair and a wide window sill. Finding the hotel is somewhat difficult, had to spend 10 minutes on the phone. Metro station is quite some walk away. Overall, still very good value for money.

It's not actually a hotel, but a number of rooms in a converted residential building, so the facilities are minimal. But a small family on a budget may stay. There's a kitchen to cook.
The place is depressing. beds are sad, the mattress are old and will remind you of the Army if you ever been there. Shampoo is given to you when arrival in a small tea bag....
Staff do not speak English!.
