  I appreciate my quite neighborhood very much. As soon as the hotel is designed for families and mature couples we were spared of noise and any violence. When with children (or a demanding spouse) it's important. Another positive factor was the location.   This is my second stay here. It's clean, comfortable, and is good value. Location was suitable for my requirements. It is an honest no frills hotel with a light snack type breakfast included. If you want more, look elswhere. - Was basic, good value. Area ok. Plenty of variety for eating in the area at various prices and standards.
