  The staff were extremely helpful and friendly our driver Andrew very helpful and interesting telling us the history the hotel a unique experience as was not generic just gorgeous something you would not find anywhere else in the world. I got upgraded and dont even know why as i dont have a Kempinski loyalty card - but i do now! Will definitely stay again.
