Great service at check in. English speaking staff. The room was not very big, but very comfortable and clean, it seemed as if it was newly decorated. Very good value. Next time I am in Moscow I will use Arbat House again. -

The Kremlin is within walking distance (20 min) but is also readily accessible via the metro. There is free wireless internet in the hall and restaurant. We selected Ulanskaya hotel as it was close to the Red line, and we came
for the rugby tournament held at Luhinski stadium, over a 3 day period.
Olga made the stay extremely special, as she helped us in so many ways, and made our trip ore omfortable. She advised us of places to go and to see, arrange airport transfers, and even walked us to the post office.
