Vad folk säger

They lost my reservation, even if I was there in person 2 days before to reconfirm the reservation made on letsbookhotel.com. But they had another room available and did the check-in as for a walk-in. I made a reservation but, 2 days before the accomodation, I received a phone that the rooms I have reserved are no more available. I do not recommend this hotel !.
