We had a wonderful stay at this recently open hotel, with very high quality endowments. Wonderful mattresses, pillows and bed covers. The floor heating created a pleasant and constant atmosphere, rooms were sound-proofed. The attention for every detail is obvious. We had a lovely balcony facing the mountains and flat screen TVs in both rooms of the apartment. All in all, the conditions made you think of a 4 stars hotel, except for the price, very good price/quality ratio. The breakfast was good.

Breakfast- very rich and fresh, very polite staff, elevator, all this very close to center of the city. A new and family run Hotel, Staff very helpfull and friendly warm treatement , Very clean rooms , free parking and wifi, good and fresh breakfast, we enjoyed every minute of our stay,quite area and great view. I like friendly stuff, always ready to help. Location is in the very center of Poiana Brasov, near shops and restaurants. There is also private parking. Hotel is perfectly clean and looks very luxury. Very clean hotel and very helpful staff. Modern Tv, free wi-fi in all hotel, free parking, bathroom a big plus. Splendid location. I did not like some of the stuff don't know English. One receptionist didn't know at all. None. Although you can manage with most people, not everybody speaks English well enough to communicate. - bit further from the good slopes. -sauna didn't work; -in 6 days we didn't have our towels ore sheets changed;. Nothing. Nothing. The "balcony" is in fact only a small exit common for at least two adjacent rooms. Unfortunately, the breakfast was very poor and the man who served it was rather impolite. Still nonprofesionist employers.
