  No wonder why this particular hotel is a winner!!! They treat you like a queen! It was my first time in Bucharest, and first with Epoque in March '13. That night after the opera I was not able to tell the taxi driver the address of Epoque, we assumed every taxi driver would know, since it was located almost round the corner from the National Opera... vad folk säger » House. When first arrived to the hotel it seemed like I was entering a castle! Its excellent staff assisted us with every possible request - what to do, where to eat, and even assisting with some car related issues, completely out of their line of responsibility.   A Smiling face & honest hospitality. Great Food Service. Great respect to privacy. Very Secure Area. Nice Lobby & Bar for hosting friends. - Everything. Staff were friendly, helpful - even gave us breakfast late one morning because we missed it. Really couldn't do enough for us.
