Overall, a very pleasant stay. Very clean apartment (everything inside is brand new), quiet, with a big balcony facing a lot of trees - so a lot of fresh air. The studio was modern furnished. everything was clean. There is a small kitchen with gas driven hot plates to prepare a meal, a microwave and a coffee machine. The hotel is located right in the center, next to a beautiful park with a lake, 5 min to all the right places, yet hidden among the streets, thus allowing for quitness and privacy. When first arrived to the hotel it seemed like I was entering a castle!
Its excellent staff assisted us with every possible request - what to do, where to eat, and even assisting with some car related issues, completely out of their line of responsibility.

I stayed twice at the Crystal Palace hotel in a short period of time and I was very pleased with the stay each time. The staff wes courteous and always willing to help. For my second stay I arrived significantly before the regular check-in time but I received my room very fast. The restaurant personnel complied each time with my special requests.

I came back to Cristal hotel after the first sensational impression about the staff. However it was amazing to notice that the service has even improved: their politeness has no limits. This time, during my too short stay, I enjoyed the continuous attention of the restaurant maitre, who can even speak Italian and acts as a guardian angel at your table. I must say that it was again a really pleasant stay. In this hotel you feel like a queen. Thank-you

There's absolutely nothing I didn't like about my stay. Had a 4 nights stay and had requested a studio but because there was none available at the time, we were offered a large apartment instead which was brilliant. Staff incredibly friendly. The apartment was large and roomy, it was extremely clean and modern, it had all of the appointments that were necessary and many more than were expected (things such as kitchen appliances, laundry detergent, kitchen utensils, etc.), the location was fantastic, the service was exceptional, the Internet worked very well, and it was very quiet (in a neighborhood that’s not necessarily known for being particularly quiet). They receive my highest recommendation.
