  The private beach was excellent, all the restaurants served delicious food, the casino was fun, the lobby was lively with bands, and the lobby bar made the best pina coladas.   The staff (Marlene & others) were delightful and extremely accommodating. The "Inn," which is more like a series of villas connected together was beautifully set - perhaps 10 meters from the Beach. A wonderful, rather plentiful self-serve continental breakfast was served on the patio each morning and it allowed us to relax and take in the ocea... vad folk säger » n views and plan the day's activities. We rented a car as Old San Juan is perhaps 5 kilometers away, but an easy drive. If you want to be just outside - The outstanding friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was refreshing. They went out of their way to offer assistance and always were accommodating. A delicious spread at breakfast was very pleasant in the outdoor garden looking onto the ocean. I had forgot my phone charger in the room and the cleaning staff turned it in; I received it when I returned to pick up my bags later in the day. Overall, I give them the highest marks in service, location and amenities. I will definitely be returning

  I liked how the hotel was set up and the nightly reception, however, we only stayed overnight and would have to spend some more time in the Hotel to give a more comprehensive review - all staff members were pleasant, responded promptly to all inquiries, and were knowledgeable

  I really like the location of this hotel, Its literally in the airport! Very convenient for our family. Traveling with my husband and 3 young kids. [9, 5, 3 yr old] our plane got in at 12 midnight and we were heading to Sabana Grande/Ponce area about 2 hrs away from San Juan Airport. We did not want to drive right aftet we got in. Checkout was at 12 - Rt at the airport clean had a better view of the ocean were some hotels charge a premium for a partial view and call it a ocean view and you have to hang your head over the window to see it think their missing out on this one it was a very nice view from our room even if their was some roof tops in line with the view over all it was as 1 night stay food on site rest was a little price but good didnt have to go out searching for a rest which saved us time pick up for rental car was rt at the cur

  Really it is a familiar environment. It is close to every important place and the service was very good. Specially the gentleman that was security at night, he always help me to get my parking for disables because my husband is visually impair. No matter at what time I get to the hotel he moved the cars so I can park close to the entrance. Thanks... vad folk säger » again - A lovely place to stay. Nicely designed and clean and friendly. Stop looking, you won't find a better hotel for the money. The food was fantastic as well. Close to airport, centrally located for attractions. Don't miss the rain forest just outside of town and car rental is very affordable in San Juan.

  This is a very nice hotel and I hope to go back next year. The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I liked having the pool right outside my door and being able to relax in it 24/7. The beach is also very close and seemed more private than the other area beaches. The Niche (hotel's restaurant) was also very nice and Donna that works in the restaurant was very friendly and - I only stayed one night and because of circumstances it was a last minute call. From the moment I called they were helpful courteous, and from the moment I arrived I felt home. The staff was friendly and accommodating they have me a great room it was clean and cozy. It was right next to the beach and although a city beach it was very pleasant. The price was right and affordable. I would have loved to stay there longer. I recommend it.

  Despite the fact that the hotel is an older property, it was well-maintained and clean. The front desk clerk at check-in was very friendly and helpful.   I liked the unintentional retro-funky look to the property. It was neat in so many ways....cool pool, restaurant, greenery, etc. The desk personnel were both greate. - The staff was really nice, the facilities were very nice too, I looked the look and decoration of the place. It's a perfect spot to have a local feel of Puerto Rico.

Beach access was only 4 mins by foot and LOADS of places to eat in walking distance. Great deal for the price!   Everyone was very nice and friendly and the place was different then most hotels as their lighting was blue and really had a nice effect. Plus they let us check in very early and offered us an free upgrade and held our luggage when we checked out and told us we could use all the facilities until we left.
