Everything occurred according to the plan, and if not so, the staff dealt with it instantaneously. Good english speaking staff, not so common in those areas witch is good. It has a supermarket meters away witch is great to enjoy your apartment.

  Really incredible value for money! the room was really quaint and decorated in a style which was typical of the region. Friendly owners, would definately recomend! - very nice place and atmosphere; very close to the center of Zakopane, very quiet.

  A great location, a bit far from the city centre, but we thought it rather a plus as it was peaceful and quite with a magnificent view on the mountains and fields. We received a warm welcome from a very friendly and helpful host who gave us a lot of useful advice. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped and a big balcony-terrace with a view... vad folk säger » to the fields is an additional treat after hiking. We certainly recommend the hotel and would like to come back. - The host was friendly, good-speaking russian, told us about places of interest and where we can walk to see more and to make some good snaps. He made us welcome and was very kind. It was so pleasure to have some time next to the fireplace afterwards busy day in trips and walks among mountains.

  The staff was very friendly, we asked for the room with a mountain view and we got a nice one with a balcony (even if it was only a standard room).   The family were fantastic nothing was too much trouble. As a large group of friends 13 in total all needs were catered for. If information or requests needed and not understood all we needed to do was type request onto the computer and it was translated for the manager and answered for us.
