  We were given an upgrade on our room for no extra cost, which was great. The room was newly refurbished, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and generous for price, although the coffee machine wasn't working. It's tucked out of site amongst forest and rock outcrops, modern in appearance but not detracting from the surroundings.   We wanted to go to Auschwitz for visiting the memorial and were looking for a budget hotel nearby. We reserved a room for 2 persons and were assigned one for 4 persons, this was spacious, but on the 3rd floor (without elevator), which was ok for us, since we did not have much luggage. The staff are very helpful and polite. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Free wi fi in public areas. Room spacious and clean, would stay there again.
