  The staff were amazing and so, so helpful and positive! And our wonderful friend for both evenings for dinner (I do not want to get his name wrong - I forget it;( who served us was beyond professional. All of the professionals were a class act!   I stayed there more than 10 times within last 18 months. -The main thing about the Arsenal hotel is the staff who are just excellent. Everyone speaks English or German. -Rooms are very large and very comfortable. -Beautiful hotel interior. -Spotless bathrooms! -Excellent breakfasts. -The food in the restaurant is very good, I think I tried everyth... vad folk säger » ing on the menu eventually and it was all delicious!
