  Reception was most helpful on arrival, giving information we wanted, without needing to ask. Being on the edge of the old town it did not take long to walk in to the square. It was close to both the bus, and train stations, which had a major modern shopping precinct adjacent to it. A lot of old world charm to the foyer and our room. Our room was small but elegant with a nice modern bathroom, a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and 3 bottles of water each day. Breakfast was very good, as well as the cold buffet you could have cooked food. Dinner in the restaurant was also very good and excellent value. We will book again at this B & B - great location, right next to the main square. I can't say anything about the B&B, since we got an apartment in the same street, which made this a great value. So the apartment was equipped with full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room with couch and spare bed and laundry facilities. We were very pleased. Helpful staff and generous with late checkout.

  The staff was very attentive and friendly. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, it looks brandnew, nice rooms, nice bathrooms. Enjoyed the free internet connection available in the room. Wide and safe parking space for my car. Nice garden too. - Very friendly and helpful staff. Small and pleasant hotel.

  Locality, very central to all main attractions in Krakow city centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was georgous with a hugh variety of choice for all patrons. The room was furnished in a simple yet functional way. The coffee/ tea making facility in the room was much apprecia - The hotel is situated in an old, but greatly renovated, tenant house. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. The ceiling was high, allowed for plenty of air to breathe. The mini bar was full, and breakfast varied and more than sufficient. The produce was fresh, bread from a bakery, not from a supermarket. Selection of teas for breakfast great, and coffee very tasty. Ladies serving breakfast always polite and smiling.

  This hotel is a real gem. Centrally located, stylish décor and really helpful staff. The hotel was warm and comfortable and the rooms clean and tidy. All the staff were first class. I will be staying here again. - Very well-located in the historic centre of Krakow, 5 minutes walk from the Rynek (market square). Friendly personnel, nice room, which despite the heatwave and the absence of air-co kept an acceptable temperature. Lots of life 24/7 in the surrounding area without it being noisy in the late evening/night. All-in-all, an excellent place to stay.

  We had a wonderful experience here! We are English speaking, and we were always able to communicate with the staff with no issues. We were also very impressed with the ability to set up tours at Auschwitz, salt mines, square tour by golf cart, etc. we were also very close to the bus stop so we were able to enjoy the huge Krakow Galleria. The staff could not be more charming and helpful and were always willing to assist with any queries or request with a smile. The breakfast area was modern, clean. The buffet breakfast is very good and gives a wide choice of cereals, cold meats and a hot choice as well. The rest of the staff all appeared to do their jobs efficently.   It was a great apartment - nice, traditional decor, very clean, 2 double beds and 2 double sofa beds, nice bathroom. Also the apartment was in a great location, on a fairly main road less than a 10 min walk from the main market square but not right on the square which meant it wasn't too noisy. The - Our trip to Poland was made all the more enjoyable by our visit to Krakow and our stay in this apartment. It offers comfort, views and a great location with easy access to the old historic town. The owners were great to deal with - very friendly and approachable and very attentive to our needs. The apartment is extremely clean, comfortable and modern. It contains everything you could possibly ask for. We highly recommend this outstanding accommodation to everyone.

  Everything about the apartments. Very handy for the centre of Krakow. The kitchenette area came with a coffee pod and coffee. Washing up liquid and cleaning sponge. The only thing missing was a tea towel! Kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery and cutlery together with a two ringed hob. The accomodation was very modern, well designed with comfortable beds, excellent shower/toilet facilities and a well equipped kitchen area. Security in the building and within the apartments was also very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when organising trips. I would recommend Bracka 6 to other travellers without reservation.

  We had rented a car and did not have any clue where we would park it. The desk clerk was so happy to assist us. He gave us the last space in the back of the hotel at 2100. The desk clerks were all very friendly and let us leave our bags for about 8 hours. They even found a camera charger that I had left in the room. The location was great. - Staff was very friendly and helpful and spole English.Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Location was good for tourist since it was near Old Town. Parking was behind the hotel and very accessible if you needed to use your car. Overall nice, convenient place to stay in Krakow to be near the tourist sites.
