Can't rate this place enough! Situated on a pretty pedestrian street, it was a little bit difficult to find at first but friendly passers by were happy to help. The Staff where brilliant and the so was the property, we originally booked the 6 room however they also offered a seperate room for us just so we could have 2 bathrooms.
Every day and night they where helpful even when they let us in the aprtments at 5 in the morning after a heavy night. If you looking for a place bang in the centre seconds from all the best bars and restaurants this is the place for you.

Reception was most helpful on arrival, giving information we wanted,
without needing to ask. Being on the edge of the old town it did not
take long to walk in to the square. It was close to both the bus, and

We loved the old-fashioned, refined ambience of the place. Our room was small but elegant with a nice modern bathroom, a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and 3 bottles of water each day. Breakfast was very good, as well as the cold buffet you could have cooked food. Dinner in the restaurant was also very good and excellent value.

Läget var jættebra och bra service, fina lgh man fick valuta før pengarna - Fick en stor lägenhet på tre rum och kök med separat bad och toalett. Det var personligt inrett t.o.m ett piano i vardagsrummet. Det är ett gammalt hus så lägenheten är ok, ingen lyx. Vi hade lägenheten mot Florianska så visst var det tjo och tjim nattetid, men så blir det

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, it looks brandnew, nice rooms, nice bathrooms. Enjoyed the free internet connection available in the room. Stayed at Krakow City Apts on 2 occasions. Unit #12 was a studio, very clean, amply cooking area. Unit #4 was a much larger 1 bedroom with sitting area and large kitchen area. Location was very convenient to train station and sights, but location in a courtyard provide quiet from street noise and ability to keep windows open. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unit was very clean and we couldn't ask for a better place to stay during our visit. They even offer bike rental for a nominal c

We have just returned from a four night stay at the Liv'Inn Aparthotel.
We were not dissapointed.
The staff could not be more charming and helpful and were always willing to assist with any queries or request with a smile.
The breakfast area was modern, clean.
The buffet breakfast is very good and gives a wide choice of cereals, cold meats and a hot choice as well.
The rest of the staff all appeared to do their jobs efficently.

I liked the location which was just below the Castle at the edge of teh
old town. We had the Wavel tram stop just next to us whihc ran both
into town , around it and into Kazimierz as well as furhter afield such
as the Bohotara Ghetto. The large rooms were great, especially int eh
heat. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and we had clean
sheets daily. The building is lovely. Had we required it, there was
also the very good value Pod Wavelem restaurant on site. The reception
