  We enjoyed the upsale atmosphere that really accomodated to the needs ofthe 2008 traveler---internet, breakfast, bag lunch and also dinner ifneeded. The staff was friendly and the rooms were large. - The stay was excellent. The hotel is clean, excellent and very helpful staff, and rooms are good value for the money.   A really nice hotel in a good position in Lodz.Had a 1 night stay here and the staff were very helpful and friendly.Nice restaurant with a good menu in the evening and good breakfast in the morning.Hope I will get to stay here again soon! - Wine restaurant, comfortable beds, different from traditional hotel chains

  we stayed for three nights as we were going to a wedding near Lodz. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms spacious and clean.   I liked everything about the hotel. Location was very important for us because we went to see a concert at the Atlas Arena. It was also very good that we could leave our car at the hotel's closed and monitored parking place for free. We enjoyed our stay at maximum. Thanks. - Great staff, great comfort.   I liked the character of the hotel. I was very impressed the decor. I stayed in the Centrum in Lodz before and the Grand Hotel is far superior. - No request was too much for the staff most of whom spoke good English.
