  Situated in the Jewish Quarter with excellent restaurants and things to see in the surrounding area. Friendly helpful staff arranged our tours and the airport shuttles using their own drivers at a very reasonable cost.   Friendly and useful staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast. Good position to visit by foot all important historycal sites of Krakow. The location was convenient and about a 10 minute walk to the city center, although we spent much of our time in the charming bars and restaurants around the hotel. She served us breakfast every morning and did everything possible to make our stay wonderful. She packed us lunches to take on our tour to Auschwitz which was very kind. This place had a fabulous restaurant serving Polish/Jewish cuisine and live music during dinner. Amazing! Make a reservation ahead!!!! The rooms were great! Spacious and comfortable! The breakfast buffet was comprehensive with fresh, tasty fare on offer every day. The impressive Royal Ar - I liked the location which was just below the Castle at the edge of teh old town. We had the Wavel tram stop just next to us whihc ran both into town , around it and into Kazimierz as well as furhter afield such as the Bohotara Ghetto. The large rooms were great, especially int eh heat. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and we had clean sheets daily. The building is lovely.   It had an excellent, friendly staff, who were always very helpful. It was well-located, and within a few minutes walk of the main square, yet situated on a quiet street.
