  Bra service innan, fixade taxi osv - The staff was super friendly and helpful and the apartment quite spacious with all amenities. The apartment is situated right in the heart of the Jewish quarter. I would definitely stay there again. - the location was idea in a very quite street yet close enough to all of the main attractions

  Geat facilities and superb design. Very comfortable MATRESS!!!Locatedin a quiet street in old Jewish district. Offers as much privacy as youcan imagine. However you could expect that the breakfast would be alsoas sophisticated as the design of interiors - but eventually it was notbad either. - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.   Open less than a year, this is an excellent BandB overlooking a quiet square with a daily market, in a good central location for tourist Krakow. Spotless, comfy bedroom and en-suite bathroom, decorated with folk-art. Helpful, friendly staff. Excellent value. - This hotel is in the perfect position for a stay in Kracow, 5 mins from Wawel Castle and 10 mins from The Old Square. Staff were excellent and the room was spotless. Excellent value for money. Continental breakfast kept us going until evening.Highly recomended.

Friendly helpful staff arranged our tours and the airport shuttles using their own drivers at a very reasonable cost. Our room was very cold and we were immediately moved to another room.Staff gave good advice re tours etc. All spoke excellent English.Convenient location. I was originally worried about the shared bathroom, but the ladies' shower area was completely spotless and it was no problem at all.   It is a flat without any reception. When you arrives they gives you the keys and ask to leave them in the mailbox when you leave. The flat however a bit dark really nice, and well-equipped with good location.
