Stayed at Krakow City Apts on 2 occasions. Unit #12 was a studio, very clean, amply cooking area. Unit #4 was a much larger 1 bedroom with sitting area and large kitchen area. Location was very convenient to train station and sights, but location in a courtyard provide quiet from street noise and ability to keep windows open. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unit was very clean and we couldn't ask for a better place to stay during our visit. They even offer bike rental for a nominal c

a wonderful place to stay, we arrived on a overnight train so turned up to the Hotel at 7.00am expecting to leave our bags there and check in later. The staff offered us breakfast and then said they would telephone us when our room was ready, they did about 2 hours later. Amazing...very clean, great breakfast selection. The ultra modern shower needs a better door to stop water going all over the floor.overall all very good, we WILL be back...

Läget var jættebra och bra service, fina lgh man fick valuta før pengarna - Fick en stor lägenhet på tre rum och kök med separat bad och toalett. Det var personligt inrett t.o.m ett piano i vardagsrummet. Det är ett gammalt hus så lägenheten är ok, ingen lyx. Great help from Marcin, we were late checking in due to business meetings but it was no problem for Marcin. The kitchen had been stocked with free basics like milk, cereals, bread and even 4 beers which was great when getting there late and most local shops were shut.
Location is just across the park from the main tourist area, less than 5 minutes

We loved the old-fashioned, refined ambience of the place. Our room was small but elegant with a nice modern bathroom, a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and 3 bottles of water each day. The hotel is steps away from the center. The room was large and spacious and very clean. The free breakfast that was included in the cost was soo good...not just your ordinary continental breakfast, you had your choice of hot items as well.
