  If you book with Old Town BandB, you go to the office first to check-in (open 10-17) and there you will be given a key to your apartement and a map to find it. My appartement was in Szpitalna street (they have the apartements in different houses in the old town), 1 min. walk from Main Square.   It had an excellent, friendly staff, who were always very helpful. It was well-located, and within a few minutes walk of the main square, yet situated on a quiet street. Extra points for the excellent air conditioning, which was much appreciated during the extreme heat and humidity in Krakow this August. WiFi worked well. - The hotel is steps away from the center. The room was large and spacious and very clean. The free breakfast that was included in the cost was soo good...not just your ordinary continental breakfast, you had your choice of hot items as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful.. will definately stay at the hotel again when I go back next year!

The breakfast buffet was comprehensive with fresh, tasty fare on offer every day. The impressive Royal Ar - I liked the location which was just below the Castle at the edge of teh old town. We had the Wavel tram stop just next to us whihc ran both into town , around it and into Kazimierz as well as furhter afield such as the Bohotara Ghetto. The large rooms were great, especially int eh heat. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and we had clean sheets daily. The building is lovely.   Reception was most helpful on arrival, giving information we wanted, without needing to ask. Being on the edge of the old town it did not take long to walk in to the square.
