The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was bright and well appointed and it was a real bonus to have access to a washing machine to catch up with laundry. Our room had a magnificent view of the Market Square. The location was very convenient for places of interest and lots of restaurants and cafes.

Can't rate this place enough! Situated on a pretty pedestrian street, it was a little bit difficult to find at first but friendly passers by were happy to help. The Staff where brilliant and the so was the property, we originally booked the 6 room however they also offered a seperate room for us just so we could have 2 bathrooms.
Every day and night they where helpful even when they let us in the aprtments at 5 in the morning after a heavy night. If you looking for a place bang in the centre seconds from all the best bars and restaurants this is the place for you.

Great hotel for it's price! We paid a little extra for the deluxe room and it was a really decent size! Bathroom was insanely huge and very nice! The location is PERFECT. About 30 seconds walk from the Main market square. Everything in Krakow that you'd want to see you can walk to from here. Also made is very convenient if we needed to pop back for lunch/a nap!

Läget var jættebra och bra service, fina lgh man fick valuta før pengarna - Fick en stor lägenhet på tre rum och kök med separat bad och toalett. Det var personligt inrett t.o.m ett piano i vardagsrummet. Det är ett gammalt hus så lägenheten är ok, ingen lyx. Vi hade lägenheten mot Florianska så visst var det tjo och tjim nattetid, men så blir det

Stayed at Krakow City Apts on 2 occasions. Unit #12 was a studio, very clean, amply cooking area. Unit #4 was a much larger 1 bedroom with sitting area and large kitchen area. Location was very convenient to train station and sights, but location in a courtyard provide quiet from street noise and ability to keep windows open. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unit was very clean and we couldn't ask for a better place to stay during our visit. They even offer bike rental for a nominal c

The place was clean and tidy on arrival with excellent facilities. The lady who met us to give us the keys was very friendly and helpful. There was lots of information on where to go and what to do. Location was brilliant - close to centre but set back from the road so quiet. Even had a balcony which didn't have a view but was very private. -
