  Lovely hotel with ample parking, a little out of town which we were happy about as it was very busy in the centre. Great breakfasts, nice Italian restaurant in the hotel. Great location for exploring the Tatras. We changed rooms after the first night as the double room we were allocated was really small and the bed was pushed against the wall. We ... vad folk säger » were given a family suite which was brilliant, two bedrooms and did not cost much more. - The Bambi Boutique is a newly built residence in typical pine construction. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was included in the price and it was excellent and very comprehensive. The bathroom included the most impressive shower that I have seen in any hotel even if the music coming out of it was predominantly in Polish!!

  Rooms were spacious, clean and had plenty of shelves to place items of clothing away which don't require hanging space. Also the location was quiet with wonderful views. Staff always offering to help out with tips and phone calls on our behalf. Lovely breakfast.   The family were fantastic nothing was too much trouble. As a large group of friends 13 in total all needs were catered for. If information or requests needed and not understood all we needed to do was type request onto the computer and it was translated for the manager and answered for us. Rooms very comfortable especicially the pillows. Breakfast... vad folk säger » was great, plentiful, extra rolls if requested. Each morning there was an extra treat which everyone enjoyed. Even plastic bags available.Fantastic s - The family were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble,breakfast was good and so well presented. Room was clean but small but not a problem location good not far to walk to main shopping and tourist areas. Very good restaurant so near to Joel, as the family they recommended to us .
