  The staff was very friendly, we asked for the room with a mountain view and we got a nice one with a balcony (even if it was only a standard room). The other time we stayed at the restaurant after closing time and we were still served. Also the staff at the SPA center was very nice and helpful.   Hospitality was great. Within 20 minutes the owner brought in a traditional Polish dinner to me as a welcome gift. Very clean and no issues with hot water or heat.
