  We stayed in Queen Boutique Hotel in November 2013, in a double room for two nights. Our room was really large, located on the top floor and had a nice view of historical tenement houses of Kazimierz. Through the roof windows you could see the sky which was nice too. The main street is quite busy but we weren't disturbed by the noise - the windows... vad folk säger » must be well soundproofed. Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom really nice, clean and with heated floor. The room is well equipped in tea& - The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us. Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a meal in their restaurant. The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

  The hotel was beautiful, the rooms spotless and so tastefully decorated. We were very lucky to be given an upgrade to the nicest suite, I'd mentioned is was my husbands birthday the day we arrived and they left a box of delicious polish chocs as a gift for him.   We had rented a car and did not have any clue where we would park it. The desk clerk was so happy to assist us. He gave us the last space in the back of the hotel at 2100. The desk clerks were all very friendly and let us leave our bags for about 8 hours. They even found a camera charger that I had left in the room. The location was great. - Staff was very friendly and helpful and spole English.Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Location was good for tourist since it was near Old Town. Parking was behind the hotel and very accessible if you needed to use your car. Overall nice, convenient place to stay in Krakow to be near the tourist sites.

  Hotel Grodek is an excellent small hotel, with no detail left unattended. Its location is far better than any other hotel I saw in Krakow -- perfectly quiet, only two short blocks to the main square with easy access to the Jewish quarter. The room was excellent and the service was excellent. Perfect in every respect for my wife and I. The hotel itself was situated very close to the main square and this left it very easy for myself and my husband to walk in and out of the main square.I will definately visit again however I will take my family along.
