  The staff was very attentive and friendly. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, it looks brandnew, nice rooms, nice bathrooms. Enjoyed the free internet connection available in the room.   Excellent hotel in every aspect. Easy to find, large parking (however, no free parking options there), fine rooms. They have a PC in every room which is used for the internet, and the monitor as a TV. - Although a bit out of the center, the hotel was actually quite a discovery. Spacious, stylish, clean. Excellent, certainly for business travellers.

  We had a wonderful experience here! We are English speaking, and we were always able to communicate with the staff with no issues. We were also very impressed with the ability to set up tours at Auschwitz, salt mines, square tour by golf cart, etc. we were also very close to the bus stop so we were able to enjoy the huge Krakow Galleria. I am very keen on sightseeing so going to the city center was a must and it can be easiliy done with 5 or 6 tram lines that stop maybe 100m from the hotel.   The location was excellent in a quiet street but only a few minutes walk from the centre. The staff could not do enough to help especially the ladies working in reception.
