Part of an equestrian centre, so horse activities going on. a lot of birds around the building. Quiet and relaxing. Access to kitchen. Location, very close to walking path to Nachod, Czech Rep. Nothing adverse, although a whiff of horse!. the smell of the horses. bad smell (urine of animals?), during the night sounds of mice, rats and bats - sleeping nearly impossible!!! do not go there!!!.
