  The crew were very nice, they can speak either English and German. The place is well reachable with public transport; located in a green area of the city. The price is good, although there can be downsides expected like groups of noisy neighbours on the same floor, no TV(4th floor), no tea-coffee facilities, and, if you stay on the to floor- no lift. Clean, cheap, basic, next to the bas stop and Nowa Huta district, good connection with old Krakow town.
