Friendly helpful staff, good food. I have stayed numerous times and have no issue rebooking.

Shower.... Lack of hot water on occasions, expected in the Philippines but not at a resort.
The air conditioning unit needs to be bigger. The bathroom and shower needs help.
Internet connection was very poor.
As senior executive, where ever we travel, official or vacation, we must remain connected to our offices through internet.
the first room that I booked was very old and basic. I had to upgrade to get a decent room. They also added tax onto my bill which was the equivalent of 1 nights accommodation...
They need to update there furniture it's no good in the cheaper
rooms in the back very old the tv is good the charge you bring food in
the hotel and any guest you have will be charge for swimming pool use
those dam fly in the open restaurant never stop.
