We went directly from the airport to Panama House. It was the perfect place for us to acclimatize to a new country and to speaking Spanish again. The owners were extremely helpful in every regard. It is within walking distance to good restaurants on Via Argentina. We felt very comfortable there and we will definitely return when we are in Panama City.
The staff was being really helpful and friendly and cooperative!! They love to do their job and therefore we felt very comfortable.

The cafe area was made very cosy with a little garden and painted wooden school chairs.
The room had a bed which was clean, just the floor was not cleaned well. We get good value at home so the expectation was that for this price the room would be cleaner at least if not nicer. Had nice hot shower.
The location is quite bad mostly because of the construction for the subway being on the main throughfare there. Buses/taxis take forever to get past that bottleneck. Also, construction next door at early morning hours meant you should go to sleep early & get up with the workers.
I had to pay twice, I would like my money back from booking-com and I will not stay there when I return to Panama City.
